What will your mission be?

Through personalised assistance and advice, you will directly contribute to their satisfaction, embodying our purpose of making home improvement accessible to everyone.

We will provide you with the tools and knowledge you need to offer effective and creative solutions, ensuring that every customer finds exactly what they need to transform their home.

How will you do it?

In your role, under the guidance of your Sector Manager and in sync with the team, you will embark on the crucial mission of driving and maximising sales in your area. To achieve this, your actions will be key:

1. Personalised customer service: You will be the friendly face our customers meet, guiding them on their shopping journey. Your goal will be to guarantee their full satisfaction, providing them with the support and advice they need to make the best decisions for their home improvement projects.

2. Product presentation: You will be responsible for keeping the shelves aligned with our commercial strategy. This includes properly managing inventory, ensuring that signage and product information are clear and accurate, thus making for a smooth shopping experience for the customer.

3. Working as a team: You will not be alone; you will coordinate efforts with the store team, moving between different areas when necessary to ensure every customer feels well looked after. The goal is to join forces to turn shopping here into an exceptional experience.

1. Loving sales. If you are passionate about selling and making people happy, you are on the right track.

2. Having experience selling things, ideally with knowledge of DIY or home renovation. If you have worked in shops or know how to improve a home, you will be highly valued here.

1. Atención personalizada: Serás el rostro amable que nuestros/as clientes/as encontrarán, guiándolos en su viaje de compra. Tu meta será garantizar su plena satisfacción, brindándoles el apoyo y consejo que requieran para tomar las mejores decisiones para sus proyectos de mejora del hogar.

2. Presentación del producto: Asumirás la responsabilidad de mantener los lineales alineados con nuestra estrategia comercial. Esto incluye gestionar adecuadamente el inventario, asegurando que la señalética y la información de productos sean claras y precisas, facilitando así una experiencia de compra sin contratiempos para el cliente.

3. Trabajar en equipo: No estarás solo/a; coordinarás esfuerzos con el equipo en la tienda, moviéndote entre diferentes áreas cuando sea necesario para asegurar que cada cliente/a se sienta bien atendido. La meta es unir esfuerzos para convertir la compra aquí en una experiencia excepcional.
