Information Systems and Security Auditor

OBJECTIVE/S
To be knowledgeable about the corresponding reference standard for conducting audits and ensuring the execution of assigned activities within a project for an external client, ensuring compliance with the contractual commitments expressed in the offer to the client company or in the existing contract, with the required quality levels and according to the planned schedule.

• Identification of client needs and advice on the audits to be carried out.
• Preparation and follow-up of offers according to the defined procedures and pricing policies.
• Planning of interventions.
• Execution of audits according to the corresponding reference standard, carrying out the prior document review, meetings with clients, and the personal interviews and document checks that may be required.
• Providing information to the client about non-conformities and accepting and verifying possible corrective actions.
• Evaluating the client's system compliance.
• Preparation of the final report to recommend or advise against certification or maintenance thereof.
• Supervision and training, according to their competency level, of other auditors.
• Providing data to corporate information and reporting systems.

Specific training as an auditor
Depending on business needs, a university degree may be required.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE
Yes, at least 6 months/ 1 year in the requested scheme.

OBJETIVO/S
Ser conocedor/a de la normativa de referencia correspondiente para la realización de auditorías y garantizar la ejecución de las actividades encomendadas en el marco de un proyecto para un cliente externo, asegurando el cumplimiento de los compromisos contractuales expresados en la oferta a la empresa cliente o en el contrato existente, con los niveles de calidad exigidos y conforme a la planificación prevista

• Identificación de las necesidades de clientes y asesoramiento sobre las auditorías a realizar.
• Elaboración y seguimiento de ofertas según los procedimientos y políticas de precios definidas.
• Planificación de intervenciones.
• Ejecución de las auditorias de acuerdo a la norma de referencia correspondiente llevando a cabo la revisión documental previa, las reuniones con los clientes, y las entrevistas personales y comprobaciones documentales y personales que se precisen.
• Ofrecer información al cliente de las no-conformidades y aceptar y verificar las posibles acciones correctivas.
• Evaluar el cumplimiento del sistema del cliente.
• Elaboración del informe final para y proponer o desaconsejar la certificación o el mantenimiento de la misma.
• Supervisión y capacitación según su nivel competencial, de otros auditores.
• Aportación de datos a los sistemas corporativos de información y reporte.

Según necesidades del negocio, se pueden requerir estudios de Grado.
