Job Description

Mission:
Ensure smooth coordination between the Supply Chain and Commercial areas, acting as a reference in transport management and promoting operational excellence through continuous improvement methodologies. The role will be responsible for leading the implementation, execution, and automation of processes associated with the transport platform (TMS, POD, Cost Control, Yard Management, Track & Trace), managing transversal projects, and ensuring compliance with key service and efficiency KPIs, including OTIF, truck occupancy, and the optimization of transport routes and cycles.

Functions:
- Definition and optimization of the Primary Transport network to achieve cost and customer service objectives between Sigma operations (exports and imports).
- Analysis of transport sector trends and alignment of department strategies.
- Creation, development, and maintenance of alliances with strategic providers.
- Development and implementation of the Transport Management System (TMS, Yard Management...).
- Coordination with Procurement for the tendering and contracting of new Primary Transport providers.
- Control and management of the department budget meeting objectives (AOP).
- Creation and management of monthly reports and KPIs.
- Point of contact between Primary Transport and Sigma Commercial, Customers, and Sigma Business Units.
