Mission:
Direct, organize, and coordinate the material and labor resources necessary in the production process assigned to their area of competence, in accordance with the manufacturing plan and health and safety regulations, following the quality and safety standards of the products and production processes, proposing appropriate improvements.

Functions:
• Organize and coordinate material and human resources to carry out daily and weekly production programs and supervise their compliance, ensuring efficiency and the satisfaction of commercial demand, in coordination with their superior.
• Implement and execute Section actions regarding quality, productivity, costs, and safety, as well as continuous improvement guidelines and policies, encouraging participation in their area, and collaborating in achieving the Plant's objectives.
• Control the Section's result indicators, as well as stocks of raw materials, auxiliary materials, and work-in-progress, adopting appropriate measures.
• Supervise compliance with traceability protocols for the managed products.
• Establish, implement, and enforce Organization, Order, and Cleanliness activities in their Section, supervising the proper state of the section's facilities and equipment.
• Ensure the correct use of the administration and management systems of their Section.
• Implement TPM methodology and provide continuity to it. Autonomous Maintenance Pillar.
• Ensure integration between the fundamental pillars of TPM, promoting the culture of performing autonomous maintenance tasks and collaborating in the creation of manuals.
• Manage their team ensuring their coordination, training, motivation, and alignment with the Company's objectives and values.
• Assume the management and coordination functions of the Operations Management designated by the Operations Manager and/or Industrial Director.
