At Capgemini Engineering, we are looking for a Maintenance Planning Engineer to join a project in the aeronautical sector in Madrid. You will participate in adapting tactical maintenance planning processes to a new AMOS environment. You will work on operations planning, capacity management, and resource optimization, using data and automation to improve processes and facilitate decision-making.

Your profile

To feel comfortable in this position, knowledge of the following is required:

  • Degree in Aerospace, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience in operational planning, production planning, scheduling, or resource management.

  • Knowledge of data analysis and tools such as Power BI, SQL, or Python.

  • Knowledge of mathematical optimization.

  • Analytical skills and a focus on process improvement.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills with different stakeholders.

  • English level B2 or higher.
