IT Head of Workplace

The IT Head of Workplace will lead the development and management of innovative workplace solutions, ensuring an exceptional employee experience within the organization. This role requires expertise in technology management and a strategic mindset to enhance collaboration and productivity.

• Permanent hiring in final client of retail.
• Hybrid model, 2 days of working from home per week.

• Develop and implement strategies for digital workplace transformation to enhance technology services support the business and employees.
• Oversee and improve the selection, deployment, and optimization of workplace technology solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital tools.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital workplace initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for workplace technologies.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection regulations.
• Act as a key advisor to leadership on trends and innovations in digital workplace solutions.
• Lead and inspire a team to deliver high-impact results in the technology department.
