Senior Systems Engineer - Avionics and Communications

At Capgemini Engineering, we are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer - Avionics and Communications to take part in projects in the aeronautical sector in an international environment. The successful candidate will join a technical team where they will work on the development, integration, and validation of avionics and communications systems, collaborating with different engineering areas to ensure technical coherence and compliance with requirements.

• Lead the development, integration, and support of avionics and communications systems.
• Manage technical requirements and ensure their traceability.
• Analyze and validate system interfaces and architectures.
• Take part in validation, verification, integration, and testing activities.
• Prepare and review technical documentation in accordance with aeronautical standards.
• Provide support for integration, testing, and certification activities.
• Identify technical issues and collaborate on their resolution.
• Coordinate with different engineering teams in an international environment.

To feel comfortable in this role, it would be ideal for you to have:

• Education in Aerospace Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in avionics, aeronautical communications, or systems engineering.
• Experience working with technical requirements and tools such as DOORS or similar.
• Knowledge of systems integration, validation, or verification.
• Ability to analyze technical problems and propose solutions.
• High level of English.
• Autonomy, coordination skills, and a results-oriented approach.

Desde Capgemini Engineering buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a Senior de Sistemas - Aviónica y Comunicaciones para participar en proyectos del sector aeronáutico en un entorno internacional. La persona se incorporará a un equipo técnico donde trabajará en el desarrollo, integración y validación de sistemas de aviónica y comunicaciones, colaborando con diferentes áreas de ingeniería para asegurar la coherencia técnica y el cumplimiento de requisitos.

• Liderar el desarrollo, integración y soporte de sistemas de aviónica y comunicaciones.
• Gestionar requisitos técnicos y asegurar su trazabilidad.
• Analizar y validar interfaces y arquitecturas de sistemas.
• Participar en actividades de validación, verificación, integración y ensayos.
• Elaborar y revisar documentación técnica conforme a estándares aeronáuticos.
• Dar soporte a actividades de integración, pruebas y certificación.
• Identificar incidencias técnicas y colaborar en su resolución.
• Coordinarte con diferentes equipos de ingeniería en un entorno internacional.

Para sentirte a gusto en esta posición, sería ideal que contaras con:

• Formación en Ingeniería Aeroespacial, Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica o similar.
• Experiencia de al menos 5 años en aviónica, comunicaciones aeronáuticas o ingeniería de sistemas.
• Experiencia trabajando con requisitos técnicos y herramientas como DOORS o similares.
• Conocimientos en integración, validación o verificación de sistemas.
• Capacidad para analizar problemas técnicos y proponer soluciones.
• Nivel alto de inglés.
• Autonomía, capacidad de coordinación y orientación a resultados.
