About the role

Ensure the continued airworthiness of the Iberia fleet by managing structural modifications, Airworthiness Directives (ADs), retrofit programs, and reliability-based improvement initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational reliability, and cost efficiency.

What you'll do

  • Monitor and manage the Airworthiness Directives (ADs) applicable to aircraft structures.

  • Evaluate and implement structural modification campaigns in coordination with Part 145 organizations.

  • Analyze reliability data and develop initiatives to improve structural performance and reduce maintenance costs.

  • Manage preventive structural programs for the entire fleet, including the Corrosion Prevention and Control Program (CPCP).

  • Lead technical and economic evaluations of airworthiness modifications and requirements.

  • Develop procedures, engineering standards, and technical documentation.

  • Participate in technical forums with manufacturers (OEMs) and the industry.

  • Provide support to CAMO clients and contribute to cross-functional projects within Iberia and IAG.

  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and cost optimization.

Requirements
