About the role

We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect with solid experience in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the platform, its integration and automation capabilities, as well as experience in designing scalable, secure architectures aligned with business needs.

You will participate in the IAM project and be responsible for defining, evolving, and governing the ServiceNow architecture, ensuring the adoption of technical and architectural best practices, as well as the correct integration of the platform within the organization's technology ecosystem.

This role requires a combination of technical, analytical, and business communication skills to ensure that implemented solutions deliver value and maintain the long-term sustainability of the platform.

What you'll do

  • Define and maintain the architectural vision of the ServiceNow platform, aligning it with business needs and the organization's technology goals.
  • Design and govern the end-to-end technical architecture, including workflows, integrations, data model, security, performance, and scalability.
  • Ensure that the platform architecture complies with corporate security standards, regulatory compliance, and governance.
  • Define and contribute to the architectural evolution of the platform, including upgrades, adoption of new capabilities, and integration strategies with corporate systems.
  • Participate in the evaluation and definition of ServiceNow-related initiatives, ensuring the coherence of architectural decisions and proper technical coordination across teams.
  • Establish and promote architectural best practices, development standards, and platform governance principles.
  • Oversee platform performance, identify technical risks, and propose mitigation actions to ensure the stability and scalability of solutions.
  • Translate business needs into scalable and sustainable technical solutions.
  • Act as a technical reference for developers, functional analysts, and other architects, driving the adoption of best practices.
  • Ensure the technical sustainability of the platform, balancing innovation, maintainability, and stability.
  • Ensure that architectural decisions maintain alignment between business needs and the platform's technological evolution.
  • Collaborate on the prioritization of technical initiatives and architectural decisions, providing criteria for feasibility, scalability, and business value.
  • Act as a technical reference for internal stakeholders, project teams, and vendors on matters related to ServiceNow architecture.

What we're looking for

  • At least 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect, Technical Architect, or equivalent role in complex organizations or enterprise environments.
  • Extensive experience working with the ServiceNow platform and deep knowledge of several of its modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing enterprise architectures on ServiceNow.
  • Ability to translate business needs and goals into scalable and sustainable ServiceNow solutions and architectures.
  • Solid knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, API management, and platform security architecture.
  • Experience in platform governance, scalability planning, and technical risk management.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and translate business requirements into architectural decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with technical and business profiles.
  • Comprehensive vision of a large-scale platform like ServiceNow across all its technical dimensions: architecture, security, performance, operations, and integrations.

Nice to have

  • Experience participating in the definition of corporate technology roadmaps.
  • Participation in platform governance models or Centers of Excellence (CoE).
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with multiple technical teams.
  • Experience in large-scale digital transformations based on ServiceNow.
  • Experience interacting with executive levels to define and evolve technology capabilities.
  • Experience in long-term technology planning and management of ServiceNow ecosystems at an enterprise scale.
    • ServiceNow certifications, especially:
    • Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
    • Certified Application Developer (CAD).
    • Certified System Administrator (CSA).
    • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).

We value all applications and offer on-site, online, and certified training. Even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements, we want to meet you!
