At Deloitte, we are looking for a Conversational Solutions Architect with experience in the design and implementation of architectures based on Conversational AI and Generative AI for the Barcelona or Madrid office.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, and optimization of advanced conversational solutions for our global clients.

What you'll do

  • Design, development, and implementation of conversational solutions on platforms such as Cognigy.AI, Kore.AI, or Amelia.
  • Design, development, and implementation of conversational solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Design and implementation of technical Reporting solutions, using PowerBI.
  • Optimization of implemented solutions, applying best practices, ensuring performance and processing improvements.
  • Working collaboratively with development, design, and business teams to understand client requirements and specifications.
  • Research and evaluation of new tools and technologies in the field of conversational assistants for integration into solutions.
  • Collaboration with external vendors to implement and validate proposed solutions.
  • Coordination and supervision of development teams in the implementation of solutions, ensuring that all members follow best practices and technical standards.

  • Cloud certifications: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Cognigy Certified Specialist certification.
