We are currently expanding one of our key teams and are looking to bring on board an experienced HVAC Engineer to join our project in Donostia/San Sebastián.

• Design and Development: Actively participate in the conceptual and detailed design of HVAC systems, including thermal calculations, equipment selection, and sizing of ducts and piping.
• Experience in the Tertiary and Industrial Sectors: Apply your knowledge and experience in the design and implementation of HVAC solutions tailored to both tertiary environments (offices, retail, etc.) and industrial environments, understanding their specific requirements.
• Measurements and Budgets: Carry out accurate measurements of materials and equipment, and prepare detailed budgets for HVAC projects, ensuring economic viability and compliance with project objectives.
• Preparation of Technical Requisitions: Prepare and manage the technical documentation required for the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring they meet current specifications and regulations.
• Site Management and Supervision: Actively participate in the construction phase, supervising the correct installation of HVAC systems, resolving technical issues that arise on site, and ensuring compliance with established deadlines and quality standards.
• Technical Coordination: Collaborate closely with other departments (civil, electrical engineering, etc.) and with suppliers to ensure the optimal integration of HVAC systems into the overall project.
• Analysis and Optimization: Evaluate the performance of existing systems, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to optimize energy efficiency and reduce operating costs.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all designs and installations comply with applicable local and international safety, energy efficiency, and environmental regulations for HVAC systems.

• University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Energy, Industrial, or similar).
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in the design, calculation, management, and execution of HVAC projects.
• Proven experience in the tertiary sector and industrial environments.
• Knowledge of CAD design software and HVAC calculation tools.
• Mastery of technical and safety regulations related to HVAC.
• English level B2.

Actualmente, estamos expandiendo uno de nuestros equipos clave y buscamos incorporar a un/a Ingeniero/a de HVAC con experiencia para unirse a nuestro proyecto en Donostia/San Sebastián.

• Diseño y Desarrollo: Participar activamente en el diseño conceptual y detallado de sistemas HVAC, incluyendo cálculos térmicos, selección de equipos y dimensionamiento de conductos y tuberías.
• Experiencia en Sector Terciario e Industrial: Aplicar tus conocimientos y experiencia en el diseño e implementación de soluciones HVAC adaptadas tanto a entornos terciarios (oficinas, comercios, etc.) como a entornos industriales, comprendiendo sus requerimientos específicos.
• Mediciones y Presupuestos: Realizar mediciones precisas de materiales y equipos, y elaborar presupuestos detallados para proyectos HVAC, garantizando la viabilidad económica y el cumplimiento de los objetivos del proyecto.
• Elaboración de Requisiciones Técnicas: Preparar y gestionar la documentación técnica necesaria para la adquisición de materiales y equipos, asegurando que cumplen con las especificaciones y normativas vigentes.
• Gestión y Supervisión de Obra: Participar activamente en la fase de ejecución de obra, supervisando la correcta instalación de los sistemas HVAC, resolviendo incidencias técnicas que surjan en el emplazamiento y asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos y la calidad establecidos.
• Coordinación Técnica: Colaborar estrechamente con otros departamentos (ingeniería civil, eléctrica, etc.) y con proveedores para asegurar la integración óptima de los sistemas HVAC en el proyecto global.
• Análisis y Optimización: Evaluar el rendimiento de los sistemas existentes, identificar áreas de mejora y proponer soluciones para optimizar la eficiencia energética y reducir costes operativos.
• Cumplimiento Normativo: Asegurar que todos los diseños e instalaciones cumplen con las normativas locales e internacionales de seguridad, eficiencia energética y medio ambiente aplicables a sistemas HVAC.

• Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería (Mecánica, Energética, Industrial o similar).
• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia demostrable en el diseño, cálculo, gestión y ejecución de proyectos de HVAC.
• Experiencia comprobada en sector terciario y entornos industriales.
• Conocimiento de software de diseño CAD y herramientas de cálculo de HVAC.
• Dominio de normativas técnicas y de seguridad relacionadas con HVAC.
• Nivel de inglés B2.
