We are looking for a Fire Protection Engineer to expand one of our teams in Donostia/San Sebastián.

• Active collaboration on construction and/or installation projects, ensuring compliance with Fire Protection (FP) regulations and standards.
• Carrying out detailed measurements and preparing accurate budgets for FP systems and solutions, covering materials, equipment and labour.
• Performing thermal and fire resistance calculations, as well as other engineering calculations required for the design and sizing of FP systems, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Preparing and reviewing data sheets for FP equipment and components, ensuring that all required technical information is complete and accurate.
• Rigorous application of national and international regulations, with special emphasis on knowledge and application of NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) and FM Global standards.
• Participation in the conceptual and detailed design of FP systems, as well as supervision of their correct implementation and commissioning.
• Preparation and management of all technical documentation associated with FP projects, including reports, drawings, certificates and manuals.
• Interaction and coordination with other departments, clients, suppliers and regulatory bodies to ensure project integration and success.

• Degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in large-scale industrial projects related to battery sectors, chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, data centres or complex process facilities.
• Knowledge of NFPA and FM Global will be valued.
• English level B2.

Estamos buscando un Ingeniero/a de PCI para ampliar uno de nuestros equipos en Donostia/San Sebastián.

• Colaboración activa en proyectos de construcción y/o instalación, asegurando el cumplimiento de las normativas y estándares de Protección contra Incendios (PCI).
• Realización de mediciones detalladas y elaboración de presupuestos precisos para sistemas y soluciones de PCI, abarcando materiales, equipos y mano de obra.
• Ejecución de cálculos térmicos y de resistencia al fuego, así como otros cálculos de ingeniería necesarios para el diseño y dimensionamiento de sistemas de PCI, garantizando la seguridad y eficiencia.
• Preparación y revisión de hojas de datos (data sheets) para equipos y componentes de PCI, asegurando que toda la información técnica requerida esté completa y sea precisa.
• Aplicación rigurosa de normativas nacionales e internacionales, con especial énfasis en el conocimiento y aplicación de las normativas NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) y FM Global.
• Participación en el diseño conceptual y de detalle de sistemas de PCI, así como supervisión de la correcta implementación y puesta en marcha de los mismos.
• Elaboración y gestión de toda la documentación técnica asociada a los proyectos de PCI, incluyendo memorias, planos, certificados y manuales.
• Interacción y coordinación con otros departamentos, clientes, proveedores y organismos de control para asegurar la integración y el éxito del proyecto.

• Formación en ingeniería mecánica o afín.
• Experiencia de 5 años en proyectos industriales de gran escala relacionados con sectores de baterías, industria química, farmacéutica, centros de datos o instalaciones de proceso complejas.
• Se valorará el conocimiento de NFPA y FM Global.
• Nivel de inglés B2.
