About the role

What you'll do

  • Lead the packaging shift operation, executing the weekly manufacturing plan and coordinating the area's staff; manage shift start (task assignment, plan communication, and adjustments) and carry out the shift handover routine, transferring critical information to the incoming team.

  • Carry out SIC (Short Interval Control) to verify standard conditions and manage deviations; provide operational support for raw materials, changeovers, breakdowns, and liaise with other areas.
  • Confirm the execution of daily routines (CIL: Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication; QA; behavior observation), prepare the shift report, and record incidents.
  • Analyze safety, quality, and productivity data to define improvement actions; coordinate short/medium/long-term actions with your manager and with maintenance, warehouse, and packaging.
  • Plan and deliver training and cross-skilling (training matrix) and foster a culture of safety, environment, quality, inclusion, and diversity, leading by example.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain/manufacturing, with team coordination roles valued.
  • Availability for rotating shifts—morning, afternoon, and night (changing every two weeks)—during the campaign, working Monday through Sunday with two days off during the week.
  • Knowledge of TPM, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in SAP, MES or equivalent systems and basic technical knowledge of industrial processes.
