We are looking for a Human Resources (People & Culture) Intern eager to learn, grow and bring freshness to a department in full expansion.

🚀 WHAT WILL YOU DO?

You will be part of the People & Culture team, providing support in:

• Personnel administration: documentation, new hires, contracts and updates in collaboration with an external management firm.

• Recruitment: job posting, CV filtering, candidate contact and interview support.

• Onboarding: accompanying new talents in their incorporation.

• Support for the Retail team: staff tracking, incidents and day-to-day operational tasks.

• HR projects: culture, training, internal communication and process improvement initiatives.

💼 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• That you are studying a degree in Labor Relations and HR, Psychology, or a Master's degree related to Human Resources.

• That you can sign a training agreement with your university or training center.

• That you have availability to work 35-40 hours per week.

• That you are interested in both the administrative and human aspects of HR.

• That you are organized, resolute and enjoy learning in dynamic environments.

• That you handle Excel well and are curious about management tools.

Formarás parte del equipo de People & Culture, dando soporte en:

• Administración de personal: documentación, altas, contratos y actualizaciones en colaboración con gestoría externa.

• Selección: publicación de vacantes, filtrado de CVs, contacto con candidatos y apoyo en entrevistas.

• Onboarding: acompañar a los nuevos talentos en su incorporación.

• Apoyo al equipo Retail: seguimiento de plantillas, incidencias y tareas operativas del día a día.

• Proyectos de RRHH: iniciativas de cultura, formación, comunicación interna y mejoras de procesos.

💼¿QUÉ BUSCAMOS?

• Que te encuentres estudiando el Grado en Relaciones Laborales y RRHH, Psicología, o un Máster ligado a Recursos Humanos.

• Que puedas firmar convenio de prácticas con tu universidad o centro formativo.

• Tengas disponibilidad de trabajar 35-40h semanales.

• Te interese tanto la parte administrativa como la humana de los RRHH.

• Que seas organizado/a, resolutivo/a y disfrutas aprendiendo en entornos dinámicos.

• Manejes bien Excel y tienes curiosidad por herramientas de gestión.
