🎯 WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Be the first impression of COLD: When someone enters our store at Fuencarral 41, they find you. You listen, read the customer, and offer exactly what they need, sometimes before they know it.

• Sell with criteria, not with pressure: Close sales without losing naturalness. With product knowledge, with your own style and with clear ideas.

• Wear the brand: Not just in clothing, but in the way you speak, move, and are. You are COLD on every shift.

• Keep the store alive: Order, restocking, visual merchandising and attention to detail. The space has to breathe the same at 10 AM as it does at closing time.

• Receive collections and give them life: Present new products with intention, make sure best-sellers are never out of stock and that everything is where it should be.

• Add value from day one: Here the team is not against you, it's with you. Contribute, propose and be present.

• You have experience in retail and if it comes from the world of fashion or streetwear, we are especially interested.

• You don't need an explanation of what COLD is. You understand it. You feel it. You live it.

• You are quick, organized and no detail escapes you.

• You know how to talk to any type of customer and make them want to come back.

• Weekends and holidays don't scare you, in fact they are the days that are the most fun.

• You are looking for a position of 20 hours per week based at Calle Fuencarral 41, Madrid.

📆 YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Open or close the store with everything in its place and ready.

• Attend to, sell and manage the purchasing process from start to finish.

• Control stock and ensure that top-sellers are always available.

• Receive new product and set it up with care and aesthetic criteria.

• Keep the store clean, tidy and faithful to the brand image at all times.

• Llevar la marca puesta: No solo en la ropa, en la forma de hablar, de moverse, de estar. Eres COLD en cada turno.

• Mantener la tienda viva: Orden, reposición, visual merchandising y atención al detalle. El espacio tiene que respirar igual a las 10h que al cierre.

• Recibir colecciones y darles vida: Presentar el producto nuevo con intención, asegurarte de que los best-sellers nunca falten y de que todo esté donde tiene que estar.

• Sumar desde el día uno: Aquí el equipo no va contra ti, va contigo. Aporta, propone y estate presente.

⚡ ¿QUIÉN ERES?

• Tienes experiencia en retail y si viene del mundo de la moda o el streetwear, nos interesa especialmente.

• No necesitas que te expliquen qué es COLD. Lo entiendes. Lo sientes. Lo llevas.

• Eres rápido, organizado y no se te escapa ningún detalle.

• Sabes hablar con cualquier tipo de cliente y hacer que se vayan con ganas de volver.

• Los fines de semana y festivos no te asustan, de hecho son los días que más molan.

• Buscas una posición de 20 horas semanales con base en Calle Fuencarral 41, Madrid.
