You will be a great fit especially if:
You are comfortable on social media and understand what type of content works with creators and influencers.
You have strong communication and negotiation skills (you will be talking to people all day).
You are organized and resourceful: many collaborations are managed at once here.
You have cultural sensitivity and a good eye for spotting profiles and trends with potential, especially in the music scene (rap, hip hop, etc.) and British urban aesthetics (London, England).
No prior experience is required as such, but if you have already worked with influencers or brands, that's a plus!
Be part of a young, fast-growing brand with a global vision.
Learn first-hand how a real influencer marketing strategy is built.
A young, creative, and dynamic team where you will see the impact of your work.
Real possibility of continuing with the team.
COLD is not just streetwear. It is attitude. It is culture. It is revolution.
We were born in the street, we create from creative rage, and we move with our own style. Every garment speaks clearly: without fear, without filters, without asking permission. Our vision is worldwide: we didn't come to fit in, we came to break the mold.
COLD is a brand for those who dare to be different.
🚀 Are you passionate about streetwear, music, and comfortable navigating the world of influencers? This opportunity is for you!
At COLD CULTURE we are in full global expansion and we are looking for an Influencer Marketing Intern to join the team to help us build and manage our network of collaborations with content creators.
Put simply: your mission will be to contact influencers and close collaborations with them for the brand. Specifically:
Search for and identify content creators who fit the aesthetic and audience of COLD CULTURE.
Contact them (DM, email, etc.) to propose collaborations with the brand.
Negotiate terms and coordinate product shipping.
Follow up on collaborations: ensure content goes out on time and as agreed, and that it meets what was agreed upon.
Keep an organized record of contacts, negotiations, and results for each collaboration.
Stay up to date on trends and new profiles relevant to the brand.
Manage usage rights for content generated by creators, so it can later be amplified via paid media (Spark Ads on TikTok, whitelisting on Meta, etc.).
Support testing of formats, hooks, and narratives for influencer content to see what works best in terms of reach and engagement.
Collaborate with the Paid Media team to define which creator content gets amplified and with what budget.
Generate benchmarks and learnings: which creators perform best, which formats generate the most impact, etc.
Occasional support in the relationship with Meta/TikTok reps (access to betas, platform best practices).
📍 Location: Madrid
🕒 Working hours: 40h/week
📅 Duration: minimum 6 months
📄 Essential: having an extracurricular internship agreement with your university or study center (indispensable requirement to join)
💼 Possibility of joining the team based on performance
Do you see yourself in this? We want to meet you!
