The mission of the position is to assist their responsible technician in the management of:

- Coordinate and plan the execution of maintenance.

- Staff planning.

- Requesting materials and services.

- Manage and verify the preparation of technical and follow-up reports.

- Coordinate the preparation of budgets.

- Delivery of reports and budgets.

- Economic control of results.

You are the ideal person if you bring…

- Be studying a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

- Driver's license

- Availability to complete curricular or extracurricular internship agreements.

- Internship agreement with the university

- Continuing Education

- Social benefits.

- Schedule: Part-time, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

We want to add to the team a student of the Bachelor's Degree in Architecture JR to provide support in the Facility Management division at a client site in Sant Feliu de Llobregat.

La misión de la posición es ayudar a su técnico/a responsable en la gestión de:

- Coordinar y planificar la ejecución del mantenimiento.

- Planificación del personal.

- Solicitud de materiales y servicios.

- Gestionar y verificar la realización de informes técnicos y de seguimiento.

- Coordinar la realización de presupuestos.

- Entrega de informes y presupuestos.

- Control económico de los resultados.

Eres la persona ideal si aportas….

- Estar estudiando Titulación de Grado en Arquitectura

- Permiso de conducción

- Disponibilidad de realizar convenio de prácticas curriculares o extracurriculares.

-Convenio de prácticas con la universidad

-Horario: Jornada Parcial 8 a 12
