PLC Programmer Engineer (Siemens - TIA Portal)

We are looking for a PLC Programmer Engineer to expand one of our teams in Sant Feliu de Llobregat.

• As a PLC Programmer Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
• Defining the functionality and specifications of automated machines and lines (at the PLC level).
• Designing the control architecture: PLC, HMI, peripherals (DI/DO), servomotors, robots, cameras, pneumatics and safety systems (ISO 12100).
• Programming special machines and assembly lines from scratch.
• Developing standard and specific software blocks.
• Offline programming and subsequent commissioning (PLC, HMI, servos, drives, etc.).
• Technical coordination: task assignment and team supervision.
• Participation in projects with client contact.

Minimum 4 years of experience in PLC programming.

Experience in complete programming from scratch of automated machinery.

Proficiency in Siemens TIA Portal.

Experience in commissioning (automotive, cosmetics, healthcare or processes sector).

Solid knowledge of:

• Programming of Siemens servomotors
• Special machines / assembly lines

Driver's license B and own vehicle.

• Desarrollo de bloques de software estándar y específicos.
• Programación offline y posterior puesta en marcha (PLC, HMI, servos, variadores, etc.).
• Coordinación técnica: asignación de tareas y supervisión de equipo.
• Participación en proyectos con contacto con cliente.

Experiencia en programación completa desde cero de maquinaria automatizada.

Dominio de Siemens TIA Portal.

Experiencia en puesta en marcha (sector automoción, cosmética, healthcare o procesos).

Conocimientos sólidos en:

• Programación de servomotores Siemens
• Máquinas especiales / líneas de montaje

Carnet de conducir B y vehículo propio.
