What will you do in your day-to-day?

Coordinate and supervise the daily execution of works on site.
Monitor subcontractors, suppliers, and work teams.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

Coordinar y supervisar la ejecución diaria de los trabajos en obra.
Realizar seguimiento de subcontratas, proveedores y equipos de trabajo.
Controlar avances de producción, mediciones, rendimientos y necesidades de materiales.
Apoyar en la planificación de la obra y en la detección de posibles desviaciones.
Colaborar en el control económico del proyecto: pedidos, certificaciones, costes y comparativos.
Velar por el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, prevención y medioambiente.
Dar soporte al/la Jefe/a de Obra en la coordinación con la Dirección Facultativa, propiedad y departamentos internos.
