Preventive and corrective maintenance, in the areas of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc., at the client's facilities.

You are the ideal person if you bring…

- Experience in carrying out comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance in building facilities.

- Driving license (essential, as travel is required for the job).

- Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

- Schedule: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., except Fridays from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

- Permanent contract.

- Salary: Madrid Metal Industry Collective Agreement, €21,855 gross per year in 14 payments (€1,560 gross per month) for 37.5 hours per week.

We want to add to our team a first-class multi-skilled itinerant worker for the maintenance of the facilities of several client buildings located in Madrid.

Previous experience is required in multi-skilled work (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) in buildings.

Mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos, en materia de electricidad, clima, fontanería, PCI.., en las instalaciones del centro cliente.

Eres la persona ideal si aportas….

- Experiencia en la realización de mantenimiento integral preventivo y correctivo en instalaciones de edificios.

- Permiso de conducción (indispensable porque se proporcionara furgoneta para el desplazamiento).

- Jornada 37,5 horas semanales de L a V.

- Horario: 7:00 a 15:00 h, excepto viernes de15:00 a 20:00 h.

- Contrato Indefinido.

- Salario Convenio del Metal de Madrid 21,855€ Brutos/ Año en 14 pagas (1560€ Brutos/Mes) por 37,5 h/semana.

Queremos sumar al equipo un/a Oficial/a 1ª Polivalente Itinerante para el mantenimiento de las instalaciones de varios edificios clientes ubicados en Madrid.

Se requiere experiencia previa en trabajos polivalentes (electricidad, fontanería, clima, PCI, etc.) en edificios.
