About the position

From ConfiARTE, a consultancy specialized in recruitment and headhunting, we are looking to hire a Site Manager / Technical Architect for a major company in the construction sector, with the aim of participating in the management and supervision of major hospital projects in Madrid.

We are looking for a technical profile with experience in site management, capable of taking on the coordination and monitoring of highly complex projects and working alongside the different technical teams and stakeholders involved.

What you'll do

Main duties

Direction and monitoring of the execution of hospital projects.

Supervision of the works and control of their correct execution.

Coordination of the different teams and agents involved in the construction site.

Monitoring of the planning, deadlines, and project progress.

Quality control and compliance with technical specifications.

Supervision of compliance with applicable regulations.

Coordination with contractors, subcontractors, technical management, and ownership.

Detection and resolution of incidents during execution.

Preparation and monitoring of site reports.

Control and monitoring of measurements, certifications, and possible deviations.
