At ConfiARTE Selección we are looking for an Electrical Team Leader to join an important industrial maintenance project located in Morata de Tajuña (Madrid).

What you'll do

What will your mission be?

You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the plant's electrical maintenance activities, ensuring the correct execution of work, the safety of the facilities and the team, as well as production continuity and the quality of service provided to the client.

Functions

Coordinate and supervise a team of approximately 10 electrical maintenance technicians.

Plan and distribute daily work orders.

Organize the human and material resources required for each intervention.

Manage breakdowns, incidents, and scheduled plant shutdowns.

Make technical and operational decisions in the event of critical incidents.

Supervise the correct execution of preventive and corrective maintenance work.

Prepare, interpret, and review electrical drawings and technical documentation.

Monitor interventions and ensure deadlines are met.

Prepare technical reports and activity reports for the client.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and occupational risk prevention procedures.

Monday to Friday schedule from 07:00 to 15:00.
