About the role

Southern Zone: Málaga / Seville

ConfiARTE is recruiting, for an important industrial company specialised in steel solutions for construction, a Site Supervisor with proven experience in rebar works, corrugated steel assembly and team coordination on site.

We are looking for a skilled professional with on-site leadership and the ability to ensure the correct execution of works, coordinating in-house teams, subcontractors, the client, the technical office and production, always under criteria of safety, quality, schedule, cost and productivity.

This is a stable position within a solid company with national presence and relevant projects in the construction sector.

The company offers a particularly competitive package for professionals accustomed to site mobility: competitive fixed salary, bonus, company vehicle, fuel card and coverage of accommodation or housing expenses when the project requires it. A solid opportunity for profiles with real experience in rebar works who want stability, resources and backing to work with guarantees.

  • Reviewing drawings, technical documentation and assembly requirements together with the technical office.

  • Carrying out measurements, certifications and performance monitoring.

  • Controlling costs, detecting deviations and proposing corrective measures.

  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety plans.

  • Coordinating with assembly supervisors, workshops, logistics, prevention, clients and suppliers.

  • Reporting incidents, progress and site requirements.

The position requires travel to different construction projects within the assigned zone, as set out in the functional description of the Site Supervisor role, with responsibility for several projects, teams, contractors and tonnes of production/assembly.
