  • Develop management dashboards and financial indicators to monitor activity.

Accounting and financial closings

  • Supervise the general and management accounting of the companies.
  • Ensure rigorous monthly and annual closings are completed on time.
  • Coordinate balance sheets, income statements, financial statements, and consolidated reporting.
  • Supervise provisions, accruals, depreciation, assets, working capital, and treasury.
  • Coordinate external audits and the relationship with financial and accounting advisors.

Taxation and tax compliance

  • Supervise the Group's tax and fiscal strategy.
  • Ensure proper compliance with the tax obligations of the different companies.
  • Coordinate tax settlements, returns, and tax procedures.
  • Manage the relationship with tax advisors, auditors, and public administrations.
  • Analyze the tax impact of corporate transactions, investments, and business decisions.

Treasury and financing

  • Lead the Group's treasury planning and control.
  • Manage forecasts for collections, payments, and working capital needs.
  • Optimize the financial structure and funding sources.
  • Lead negotiations with banks and financial institutions.

We are looking for a professional with business vision, analytical skills, and sufficient experience to act not only as the person responsible for financial data but as a strategic partner to the Chairmanship and the Executive Committee.
