The role

ConfiARTE Selección is looking to hire a Workshop Manager for a consolidated company in the automotive and mobility sector in the Jerez de la Frontera area.

What you'll do

Main duties

Organization and supervision of the daily workshop activity.
Coordination and management of a team consisting of two mechanics.
Workload planning and task assignment.
Quality control of repairs and maintenance performed.
Customer service and technical advice when required.
Incident management and follow-up of the work performed.
Control of times, productivity, and compliance with service standards.
Coordination with other departments to guarantee an efficient service.
