Senior Architect

• Gathering client requirements
• Developing preliminary and final drawings based on client requirements
• Developing Look & Feel proposals and Conceptual Design
• Developing Technical, Basic, and Execution Projects including all necessary documentation in each phase (Drawings, reports, measurement states, etc.)
• Developing the necessary documentation for applying for building and activity permits
• Monitoring and managing permits with the relevant authorities and with the client.
• Developing construction management.
• Ensuring project completion on time, with quality, and in proper form.
• Ensuring that the projects in which they participate meet general market quality standards and C&W standards in particular.
• Ensuring that projects, in any of their phases, comply with regulations.
• Ensuring that projects are carried out according to the timelines, costs, and quality agreed upon with clients.
• Staying up to date with specific regulations applicable to projects
• Updating the library of catalogs and materials.
• Staying up to date with new trends in materials and solutions applicable to projects.

Senior Architect

• Demonstrable experience as an Architect of at least 5 years
• Qualification: Preferably a Senior Architect and/or equivalent experience
• English: Advanced
• AutoCAD.
• Revit
• SketchUp
• Photoshop
• Presto
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proactivity, flexibility, learning ability, teamwork, and multitasking

• Recogida de las necesidades de los clientes
• Desarrollo de planos, tentativos y definitivos a partir de las necesidades de los clientes
• Desarrollo de propuestas de Look & Feel y Diseño Conceptual
• Desarrollo de Proyectos Técnicos, Básicos y de Ejecución incluyendo toda la documentación necesaria en cada una de las fases (Planos, memorias, estados de mediciones, etc)
• Desarrollo de la documentación necesaria para la solicitud de licencias de obras y actividades
• Seguimiento y gestión de licencias con los organismos correspondientes y con el cliente.
• Desarrollo de direcciones de obra.
• Asegurar el cierre de las obras en tiempo, calidad y forma.
• Asegurar que los proyectos en los que participa cumplen con los estándares de calidad del mercado en general y de C&W en particular.
• Asegurar que los proyectos, en cualquiera de sus fases, cumplen con la normativa.
• Asegurar que los proyectos se realizan según plazos, costes y calidad pactados con los clientes.
• Mantenerse al día de las normativas especificas aplicables a los proyectos
• Actualización de biblioteca de catálogos y materiales.
• Mantenerse al día de nuevas tendencias a nivel materiales y soluciones aplicables a los proyectos.

Senior Architect

• Experiencia demostrable como Arquitecto de al menos 5 años
• Titulación: Preferiblemente Arquitecto Superior y/o experiencia equivalente
• Inglés: Alto
• Autocad
• Revit
• Sketch up
• Photoshop
• Presto
• Paquete Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Proactividad, flexibilidad, capacidad de aprendizaje, trabajo en equipo y multitasking
