Our Asset Services department at the Madrid office is looking for a new team member!

What you'll do

Provide support to the team in all financial-economic aspects of a real estate asset, including:

  • Reviewing income and expense line items, comparing them against the budget, and analyzing variances.
  • Preparing reports for presentation to the Property.
  • Maintaining information in Yardi regarding asset expenses: receiving, reviewing, and entering supplier invoices.
  • Managing utility account changes of ownership.
  • Notifying suppliers of changes in ownership.
  • Claiming invoices from suppliers.
  • Coordinating with the accounting team.

What we're looking for

Vocational training in finance or a university degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or a related field.

  • Advanced level of Excel.
  • Fluency in Spanish and an upper-intermediate level of English.
  • Communication skills and the ability to interact easily with different stakeholders.
