We are currently looking for SECTION MANAGERS to join us, people who dare, who are not afraid to make mistakes, and who support their team in decision-making, guiding them to grow in their role and contributing to our sense of purpose, all to satisfy each and every one of our sporting customers.

Job responsibilities:

Choose, Mobilize, and Grow the Team: Build and inspire a team of passionate athletes and brand ambassadors. Coach them, ensuring continuous learning and individual development toward future roles, while aligning compensation with Decathlon's policies.

Give Meaning and Drive the Local Project: Build, energize, and take responsibility for the local commercial project in line with the store and the country. Define the product offer and pricing strategy, focused on passionate products and a top-tier user experience.

Ensure Results and Financial Performance: Commit to clear and measurable objectives, planning resources and making responsible decisions to ensure profitable growth. Implement quick action plans to correct deviations and improve performance.

Boost Omnichannel Sales and Customer Loyalty: Act as the leading omnichannel salesperson and the reference in customer relations. Build a network of identified users and support your team in doing the same, adapting our presence to their needs.

Contribute to Sustainable Growth: Promote circular growth as an essential part of the business, integrating sustainability into daily operations to ensure the health of the planet and the company in the long term.

Requirements

A sports enthusiast who incorporates sport as a regular practice.

Full-time availability.

Weekend availability.

University degree or higher vocational training.

Geographic mobility (valued).

Funciones del puesto de trabajo:

Elegir, Movilizar y Hacer Crecer el Equipo: Construir y animar a un equipo de deportistas apasionados y embajadores de productos. Acompañar como coach, garantizando el aprendizaje continuo y el desarrollo individual hacia roles futuros, alineando remuneraciones con la política de Decathlon.

Dar Sentido y Acompañar el Proyecto Local: Construir, dinamizar y responsabilizarse del proyecto comercial local de deportes en coherencia con la tienda y el país. Definir la estrategia de oferta y precio, centrada en productos Pasión y una experiencia de usuario @ usuario de primer nivel.

Garantizar Resultados y Ratios Económicos: Comprometerse con objetivos claros y medibles, planificando medios y tomando decisiones responsables para asegurar el crecimiento rentable de los deportes animados. Implementar planes de acción rápidos para corregir desviaciones y mejorar el rumbo.

Impulsar la Venta Omnicanal y Fidelización: Ejercer como primer vendedor omnicanal y referente en la relación con el cliente. Construir una red de usuarios identificados y acompañar al equipo para que también lo sean, adaptando la presencia según sus necesidades.

Contribuir al Crecimiento Sostenible: Promover el crecimiento circular como parte esencial del negocio, integrando la sostenibilidad en las operaciones diarias para garantizar la salud del planeta y la empresa a largo plazo.

Requisitos

Deportista que incorpore el deporte como práctica habitual.

Disponibilidad horaria completa.

Disponibilidad los fines de semana.

Estudios universitarios o ciclo formativo superior.

Movilidad geográfica (valorable).
