Retail Project Technician

From our Recruiting division, we are collaborating with a consolidated engineering and technical consultancy in the Osona region to find a Retail Project Technician to join a stable project with professional growth potential.

The selected candidate will be part of a specialized technical team focused on the development and monitoring of commercial building projects, participating in both the technical definition phase and the follow-up of project execution.

- Develop and review technical documentation and project blueprints.

- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and external collaborators.

- Carry out technical monitoring of projects and their execution.

- Conduct on-site visits to supervise the progress of work.

- Manage deadlines, incidents, and the needs of each project.

- Provide technical support throughout all project phases.

- Ensure compliance with technical criteria and applicable regulations.

- Degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar fields is valued.

- Previous experience in the development, coordination, or monitoring of construction projects.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar CAD tools. Knowledge of BIM, Revit, or similar environments is valued.

- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documentation.

- Knowledge of construction processes and applicable regulations.

- Organized, proactive profile with strong coordination skills.

- Experience in retail environments, commercial buildings, or implementation projects is valued.

- A stable position with a permanent contract

- Salary to be determined based on experience

- Flexible working hours between 07:00 and 19:00, with early finish on Fridays from 08:00 to 14:00.

Des de la divisió de Recruiting col·laborem amb una enginyeria i consultoria tècnica consolidada de la comarca d'Osona en la cerca d'un/a Tècnic/a de Projectes Retail per incorporar-se a un projecte estable i amb recorregut professional.

La persona seleccionada formarà part d'un equip tècnic especialitzat en el desenvolupament i seguiment de projectes d'edificació comercial, participant tant en la fase de definició tècnica com en el seguiment de l'execució de les actuacions.

- Desenvolupar i revisar documentació tècnica i plànols dels projectes.

- Coordinar-se amb equips interns, industrials i col·laboradors externs.

- Fer el seguiment tècnic dels projectes i de la seva execució.

- Realitzar visites puntuals a obra per supervisar l'avanç dels treballs.

- Controlar terminis, incidències i necessitats de cada projecte.

- Donar suport tècnic durant totes les fases del projecte.

- Vetllar pel compliment dels criteris tècnics i la normativa aplicable.

- Valorable formació en Arquitectura, Arquitectura Tècnica, Enginyeria de l'Edificació, Enginyeria Industrial o similars.

- Experiència prèvia en desenvolupament, coordinació o seguiment de projectes constructius.

- Coneixements d'AutoCAD o eines CAD similars. Valorable coneixement de BIM, Revit o entorns similars.

- Capacitat d'interpretació de plànols i documentació tècnica.

- Coneixement de processos constructius i normativa aplicable.

- Perfil organitzat, resolutiu i amb capacitat de coordinació.

- Valorable experiència en entorns retail, edificació comercial o projectes d'implantació.

- Posició estable amb contracte indefinit

- Salari a valorar segons experiència aportada

- Horari flexible entre les 07:30h i les 19:00h, i divendres intensiu de 08:00h a 14:00h
