Technical Architect – Retail Projects

From our Recruiting division, we are collaborating with a major engineering firm with a solid track record in the search for a Technical Architect to join their team in Vic.

This is a stable position, within a specialized department that works exclusively on commercial building projects (supermarkets, retail outlets, and gas stations), with a high component of on-site work.

• Management and supervision of commercial building works, controlling execution, deadlines, and quality
• Coordination with contractors, suppliers, and technical teams
• Drafting of site visit reports and progress reports
• Development of technical projects within the retail sector
• Preparation of measurements, budgets, and certifications
• Participation in the technical and economic planning of construction works
• Combined work between office and site, with a primary presence on-site
• Occasional support on urban development projects linked to commercial environments

• Training in Technical Architecture, Engineering, or similar
• Previous experience in construction management and supervision
• Experience in commercial building projects or dynamic construction environments will be valued
• Self-sufficient profile, with management and decision-making skills
• Decisive, agile, and proactive person
• Strong orientation toward on-site work
• Driving license and availability to travel

• Permanent contract.
• Flexible start time from 07:00, with departure time based on an 8.5-hour daily schedule. Short working day on Fridays (6 hours).
• On-site work modality. Combining office (Vic) and construction sites
• Salary commensurate with experience.

Des de la nostra divisió de Recruiting, col·laborem amb una important enginyeria amb trajectòria consolidada en la cerca d’un/a Arquitecte/a Tècnic/a per incorporar-se al seu equip a Vic.

Es tracta d’una posició estable, dins d’un departament especialitzat que treballa exclusivament en projectes d’edificació comercial (supermercats, establiments i benzineres), amb un alt component de treball a peu d’obra.

• Direcció i seguiment d’obres d’edificació comercial, controlant execució, terminis i qualitat
• Coordinació amb industrials, proveïdors i equips tècnics
• Redacció d’actes de visita i informes de seguiment
• Desenvolupament de projectes tècnics dins del sector retail
• Elaboració d’amidaments, pressupostos i certificacions
• Participació en la planificació tècnica i econòmica de les obres
• Treball combinat entre oficina i obra, amb presència principal a peu d’obra
• Suport puntual en projectes d’urbanització vinculats a entorns comercials

• Formació en Arquitectura Tècnica, Enginyeria o similar
• Experiència prèvia en direcció i gestió d’obres
• Es valorarà experiència en projectes d’edificació comercial o en entorns d’obra dinàmics
• Perfil autònom, amb capacitat de gestió i presa de decisions
• Persona resolutiva, àgil i amb iniciativa
• Clara orientació a treball a peu d’obra
• Carnet de conduir i disponibilitat per desplaçar-te

• Contracte indefinit.
• Horari amb entrada flexible a partir de les 07:00h i sortida en funció del còmput de 8,5 hores diàries. Divendres jornada intensiva de 6 hores.
• Modalitat presencial. Combinant oficina (Vic) i obres
• Salari en funció de l’experiència.
