Electromechanical Maintenance Technician

At Empatif we are looking to bring on board an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician for a consolidated industrial company that is growing and has a high level of technology.

What will your mission be?

You will be part of the maintenance team as a key figure on the plant floor, ensuring the proper operation of machinery and responding to technical issues in production.

You will be one of the reference people on your shift, directly handling corrective maintenance and ensuring the continuity of the production process.

What will your duties be?

• Diagnosis and resolution of breakdowns in industrial machinery

• Mainly corrective maintenance interventions

• Precision mechanical adjustments

• Interpretation of electrical diagrams

• Detection and analysis of failures in automated systems

• Support in preventive maintenance and continuous improvement tasks

• Proposing solutions to prevent recurring issues

Maintenance

• Higher Degree in Industrial Mechatronics, Electromechanics or similar

• Previous experience in industrial maintenance

• Knowledge of mechanics and electricity applied to machinery

• Ability to interpret electrical diagrams

• Basic knowledge of PLC (diagnosis and understanding)

• Experience in automated environments or with machine vision is a plus

• Diagnòstic i resolució d’avaries en maquinària industrial

• Intervencions de manteniment correctiu principalment

• Ajustos mecànics de precisió

• Interpretació d’esquemes elèctrics

• Detecció i anàlisi de fallades en sistemes automatitzats

• Suport en tasques de manteniment preventiu i millora contínua

• Proposta de solucions per evitar la recurrència d’incidències

Manteniment

• CFGS en Mecatrònica Industrial, Electromecànica o similar

• Experiència prèvia en manteniment industrial

• Coneixements en mecànica i electricitat aplicada a maquinària

• Capacitat per interpretar esquemes elèctrics

• Nocions de PLC (diagnosi i comprensió)

• Valorable experiència en entorns automatitzats o amb visió artificial
