Passionate about the product and active selling: Capable of advising on the perfect equipment (from dumbbells to technical apparel and supplements) to offer the best deal and an outstanding experience to our sports customers.

Leader of your own space: Capable of making dynamic decisions within your area of responsibility, ensuring stock and product availability in both the physical and online store are always at their best to grow the fitness community.

Innovative and proactive: Bringing fresh ideas, agile solutions, and new trends from the world of fitness and sports retail.

Apasionado/a del Fitness y el entrenamiento: Que el gimnasio, el cross training, el pilates o las clases colectivas formen parte de tu rutina diaria y que te emocione compartir esa energía con los demás.

Apasionado/a por el producto y la venta activa: Capaz de asesorar sobre el equipamiento perfecto (desde mancuernas hasta textil técnico y suplementación) para ofrecer la mejor oferta y una experiencia brutal a nuestros clientes deportistas.

Líder de tu propio espacio: Capaz de tomar decisiones dinámicas en tu perímetro de responsabilidad, garantizando que el stock y la disponibilidad de productos en tienda física y digital estén siempre a tope para hacer crecer la comunidad fitness.

Innovador/a y con iniciativa: Que aportes ideas frescas, soluciones ágiles y nuevas tendencias en el mundo del fitness y el comercio deportivo.

Requisitos

Práctica deportiva: Deportista que incorpore el deporte del fitness como práctica habitual en su vida diaria.

Disponibilidad: Disponibilidad horaria completa/flexible, incluyendo fines de semana.

Perfil: Persona proactiva, dinámica, a la que le guste adaptarse al cambio constante y apasionada por la atención al cliente.

Formación: Estudios universitarios o Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior (valorable).
