You will support people in their daily decision-making to help them progress in their craft, always with a clear goal: to satisfy each and every one of our athlete customers.

Your responsibilities as Warehouse Department Manager.

Reporting directly to the Center's Logistics Management:

Leadership and Management: Build, support in their development, and lead the best team of athletes, fostering their personal and professional growth, directly supporting a team of 15-20 collaborators, working for and through talent.

Operational Management and Service: Ensure each of the logistics processes, guaranteeing the best service deadlines, operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and the highest satisfaction of our athlete customers.

Financial Management: Make decisions within your scope of responsibility, meeting financial ratios and achieving clear, measurable objectives.

Local Project: Actively participate in building and energizing the center's strategic and human project, aligned with Decathlon's global strategy.

Requirements

Athlete profile: Sport should be part of your daily life, and you should share Decathlon's values: Vitality, Responsibility, Generosity, and Authenticity.

Education: University degree, Master's/MBA, or higher vocational training.

Experience in Logistics with solid experience in process management, continuous improvement, and operational excellence is valued.

Communication and interpersonal skills to connect with, motivate, and inspire your team.

Full-time availability.

Availability on weekends.

Geographic mobility.

Vehicle and availability to travel to the workplace.

Languages: Fluent conversational English (minimum B2).

En Decathlon, buscamos Warehouse Department Manager, responsables de sección que no le tengan miedo a equivocarse, que se atrevan y que impulsen el talento de su equipo. Acompañarás a las personas en la toma de decisiones diaria para hacerlas progresar en su oficio, siempre con un objetivo claro: satisfacer a cada uno de nuestros clientes deportistas.

Tus responsabilidades como Warehouse Department Manager.

Reportando directamente a la Dirección Logística del Centro :

Liderazgo y Gestión : Construir, acompañar en su desarrollo y liderar el mejor equipo de deportistas, fomentando su crecimiento personal y profesional ,acompañando de forma directa un equipo entre 15- 20 colaboradores/as, trabajando por y para el talento.

Gestión Operativa y Servicio: Garantizar cada uno de los procesos logísticos asegurando los mejores plazos de servicio, la eficiencia operativa, la mejora continua  y la máxima satisfacción de nuestros clientes deportistas.

Gestión Económica: Tomar decisiones sobre tu perímetro de responsabilidad, cumpliendo los ratios económicos y alcanzando objetivos claros y medibles.

Proyecto Local: Participar de forma activa en la construcción y animación del proyecto estratégico y humano del centro, alineado con la estrategia global de Decathlon.

Requisitos

Perfil Deportista: que el deporte forme parte de tu día a día y compartas los valores de Decathlon : Vitalidad, Responsabilidad, Generosidad y Autenticidad.

Formación: Estudios universitarios, Máster/MBA o ciclo formativo superior.

Valorable experiencia en Logística con una sólida experiencia en gestión de procesos, mejora continua y excelencia operativa.

Habilidades comunicativas e interpersonales, para conectar, motivar e inspirar a tu equipo.

Disponibilidad horaria completa.

Disponibilidad los fines de semana.

Movilidad geográfica.

Vehiculo, disponibilidad para desplazarse al centro de trabajo.

Idiomas: inglés conversacional con fluidez (mínimo B2).
