Job description

At Dia, we want to incorporate a Treasury Planning and Reporting Manager into the Global Finance Department. The selected candidate will join the team with the aim of leading the Group's financial planning and liquidity management. You will act as the strategic link that transforms data into key information for the Finance Department, ensuring that resources are optimized and that decision-making is supported by accurate analysis.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Perform daily monitoring and analysis of the Group's short, medium, and long-term cash flow forecasts to support strategic decision-making.

  • Prepare and analyze the cash flows of treasury, liquidity, gross debt, and net debt by business unit, identifying trends and deviations.

  • Analyze liquidity risks, potential financing issues, and control and budget financial expenses. Prepare consolidated biweekly reports on the Group's liquidity and ensure the accuracy and integrity of treasury data. Compile and gather data related to the Group's financial debt for the preparation of the debt note in the annual report.

  • Establish and develop Group-level treasury KPIs (gross debt, net debt, liquidity, financial ratios, and covenants) with monthly reports.

  • Optimize treasury processes through the automation of cash flow forecasting and management, and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.

Requirements

  • A degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering.

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Treasury.

  • Expert level in Excel.

  • English level B2/C1.
