About the role

At Marlex, we are collaborating with a consolidated company in the property management and auxiliary services sector. They are currently seeking a Payroll Technician to join their People Department on a permanent basis, located in Las Rozas.

This is a position focused on managing payroll for employees linked to homeowners' associations, within a dynamic environment, with a good work atmosphere and direct contact with the business.

What will your mission be in the company?

You will be part of the payroll area within the People Department, taking responsibility for the correct administrative and labor management of employees associated with the services managed by the company.

Your main mission will be to ensure the correct calculation and management of payroll, as well as the associated labor administration, ensuring service quality and compliance with current regulations.

What you'll do

·Preparation and calculation of monthly payrolls (extra pay, arrears, severance pay).

·Management of incidents: sick leave, vacations, absences, variables, etc.

·Registrations, terminations, and variations with Social Security.

·Preparation of contracts and registration with the SEPE (State Public Employment Service).

·Monitoring of contract expirations.

·Resolution of administrative incidents and handling of internal inquiries.

·Payroll management related to auxiliary services.
