About the role
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Head of Finance to join a prestigious luxury hospitality project in Ibiza. The role will lead all financial operations, compliance and strategic planning during a key growth and development phase.

What you'll do
- Lead the finance function during the pre-opening phase, defining financial processes, controls, policies and reporting structures.
- Develop and execute the organisation's financial strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning and long-term financial modelling.
- Ensure full compliance with Spanish accounting standards, tax regulations, statutory reporting requirements and labour-related financial obligations.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting and closing processes.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and business insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies and internal controls.
- Drive performance management, profitability analysis and cost optimisation initiatives.
- Act as a business partner to operational and executive stakeholders.
- Maintain relationships with auditors, financial institutions, tax advisors and external regulatory bodies.
- Lead, develop and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Collaborate closely with international headquarters and ensure alignment with global finance policies and governance frameworks.
- Support future growth initiatives, investments and operational projects.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in senior finance leadership roles.
- Previous experience as Head of Finance, Finance Director, Finance Manager or equivalent.
- Mandatory experience within the hospitality industry, ideally luxury hotels, luxury resorts or high-end hospitality environments.
- Strong knowledge of Spanish accounting principles, taxation, financial reporting requirements and regulatory compliance.
- Previous experience working within international organisations and liaising with global headquarters.
- Experience participating in pre-opening environments will be highly valued.
- Strong financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash management expertise.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to build, develop and motivate teams.
- Highly organised, proactive and capable of operating in fast-paced environments.
- Fluent English and Spanish are essential.
