We are looking for a Production Manager for our central office in Alcobendas with the following functions:

Ensure that all coordinators of the assigned areas achieve the production milestones of all coordinators according to the needs of the project, without leaving any delegation unattended in each of the tasks and prioritizing based on the status of the project. To this end, they will present the appropriate reports to guarantee the data.
Ensure that all departments meet quality standards from both internal audits and other departments. It will be ensured that the minimum number of audits are performed and scheduled reports will be prepared for each of the departments.

Garantizar que todos los coordinadores de las áreas asignadas logran que se alcancen los hitos productivos de todos los coordinadores.según las necesidades del proyecto no dejando desatendida ninguna delegación en cada una de las tareas y priorizando en base al estado del proyecto. Para ello presentará los reportes oportunos que garanticen el dato.
Garantizar que todos los departamentos cumplen los estandares de calidad tando de auditoría interna como de otros departamentos. Se garantizará que se haga el mínimo de auditorías y se prepararán los reportes calendarizados para cada uno de los departamentos.
Asegurar el logro de los objetivos establecidos, ya sea en términos de cantidad de ítems procesados o del tiempo objetivo requerido para su procesamiento. Para ello, es responsabilidad de la persona implementar planes de mejora continua y adoptar/proponer las medidas necesarias para corregir posibles desviaciones y garantizar el cumplimiento eficiente de las metas.
Balancear la carga de trabajo sabiendo identificar correctamente las prioridades en el día a día del proyecto y dimensionar correctamente toda la actividad de tal manera que se gestione en tiempo y forma cualquier imprevisto
