Sales Team Supervisor

Due to an increase in sales staff, we need to bring in a new supervisor. Your mission will be to manage and motivate a team of D2D sales representatives. These would be your main responsibilities:

· Drive sales to achieve objectives in door-to-door operations.

· Analyze sales results and implement action plans.

· Supervise the daily activity of the sales representatives.

· Analyze the sales pitch, the team, and individual representatives to identify potential issues.

· Provide solutions for poor results and offer them to team leaders.

· Provide on-the-job training on sales techniques to representatives: demonstrations on customer acquisition, customer service, and after-sales service to improve results.

· Prepare required reports on the sales representatives.

· Motivate and support the teams in general, and particularly representatives with low performance.

· Manage vacations and schedules for staff under your charge.

· Provide feedback to higher management.

· Required: previous experience in team management in the sales area (D2D and telecommunications experience valued).

· Required: driver's license held for more than two years.

· Required: reside in the reference province or, failing that, have thorough knowledge of it.

Debido al aumento de comerciales necesitamos incorporar a la figura de un/a nuevo/a supervisor/a. Tu misión será gestionar y motivar a un equipo de comerciales D2D Estas serían tus responsabilidades principales:

· Dinamizar la venta para la consecusión de objetivos en puerta fría.

· Analizar los resultados comerciales y llevar a cabo planes de acción.

· Supervisar la actividad diaria de los comerciales.

· Analizar el argumentario, el equipo y los comerciales en particular para detectar posibles problemas.

· Aportar soluciones ante los bajos resultados y ofrecerlas a los responsables de equipo.

· Formar en terreno sobre técnicas de venta a los comerciales: demostración sobre captación, atención al cliente y servicio posventa óptimos para la mejora de resultados.

· Elaboración de informes requeridos sobre los comerciales.

· Motivar y apoyar a los equipos en general y a comerciales con bajo rendimiento en particular.

· Gestionar vacaciones y horarios del personal a cargo.

· Dar feedback a mandos superiores.

· Imprescindible experiencia previa en gestión de equipos en el área de ventas (valorable D2D y telecomunicaciones).

· Imprescindible carnet de conducir con más de dos años de antigüedad.

· Imprescindible vivir en la provincia de referencia o en su defecto tener un amplio conocimiento de ella.
