We are a telecommunications operator present in the Spanish market since 2008, offering fixed and mobile telephone and internet services, as well as television. We have our own high-performance fiber optic network that allows us to be leaders in internet speed; and focused on the residential segment, we have our own stores and a wide distribution network for marketing our services throughout Spain.

We belong to the DIGI Group, with more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications sector. With origins in Romania, where our main business is located, we are also present in Portugal, Italy, and Belgium, in addition to Spain.

We are looking for a D2D (door-to-door) promoter who will be responsible for promoting and selling our DIGI products in the different buildings that already have our own DIGI fiber.

Position duties:

-         Promotion of DIGI products and services through acquisition in buildings, offering personalized quotes in the assigned buildings.

-         Sales of DIGI products in the buildings where assigned.

-         Processing documents to manage contracts, number portability… Management of these, verification with different people/teams at DIGI.

-         Comprehensive customer service, resolving questions and needs that arise both during the sale and after-sale.

-         After-sales service and resolution of customer issues.

-         Reporting sales to the area supervisor on a daily basis.

-         Basic computer skills.

-         Full availability to travel within the area.

-         Sales skills.

-         Customer and business orientation.

-         Teamwork.

-         Especially stability and, in addition: €18,000 gross per year + attractive commission package with NO CAP.

Buscamos un/a promotor/a D2D (puerta fría) que se encargará de promocionar y vender nuestros productos DIGI en los diferentes edificios que ya tengan nuestra fibra propia DIGI.

Funciones de la posición:

-         Promoción de los productos y servicios DIGI a través de la captación en edificios, ofreciendo presupuestos personalizados en los edificios asignados.

-         Venta de productos DIGI en los edificios en los que se le asigne.

-         Tramitación de documentos para gestionar contratos, portabilidades… Gestión de las mismas, verificación con diferentes personas/equipos de DIGI.

-         Atención integral a clientes, resolviendo dudas y necesidades que surjan tanto en la venta como en la posventa.

-         Atención posventa y solución de problemas del cliente.

-         Reportar diariamente las ventas al supervisor de zona.

-         Conocimientos Informática nivel usuario.

-         Disponibilidad total para desplazamientos dentro de la zona.

-         Habilidades comerciales.

-         Orientación al cliente y al negocio.

-         Trabajo en equipo.

¿Qué ofrecemos?

-         Especialmente estabilidad y, además: 18.000€ brutos anuales + atractivo paquete de comisiones SIN TECHO.
