We are looking to incorporate a Payroll and Labor Specialist who will perform the following functions:

- Reconciliation and issuance of TGSS receipts (RNT/RLC), error correction, and submission.

- Reconciliation and issuance of monthly / annual taxes.

- Reconciliation and issuance of accounting entries.

- Control and reconciliation of wage garnishments.

- Reconciliation and issuance of monthly payrolls (back pay, incidents, flexible remuneration, social benefits, etc...)

- Calculation of salary arrears.

- IRPF (Personal Income Tax) control.

- Parameterization of collective bargaining agreements.

Job Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; VLOOKUP; HLOOKUP; Pivot Tables.
Experience in managing different collective bargaining agreements (Provincial or State).
Experience in managing different interprovincial workplaces.
