TELECOM NOC TECHNICIAN (TV/IPTV)

Experience/Knowledge:

Formación:

FP Superior en Telecomunicaciones/Sistemas/Informática o similar.

Requisitos del puesto

Experiencia/Conocimientos:

Experiencia en Operador Telco o soluciones tecnológicas.
Deseable haber trabajado antes en un centro de soporte o de monitorización.
Soltura en configuración de equipos y elementos de red
Buena disposición para manejar documentación técnica, especificaciones, guías y reportes.
Deseable no imprescindible conocimientos básicos de streaming, protocolos de transporte y formatos de vídeo.
Herramientas de monitorización y ticketing.
Idioma inglés, nivel medio.
