What are we looking for?

At DSV Contract Logistics, we want to bring on board a Logistics Project Coordinator (Fairs and Events). Their main mission will be to manage and coordinate the logistics of fairs and events in an integrated manner, ensuring the correct operations before, during, and after the event, compliance with deadlines, and customer satisfaction.

Among other tasks, the main ones will be:

• Comprehensively manage transport and logistics operations for fairs and events, from prior planning to the closing of the event.
• Coordinate and supervise transport, ensuring the proper development of all logistics services.
• Track all shipments and manage operations, ensuring the proper development of logistics activities.
• Manage and track air, land, and/or sea shipments (inbound/outbound), including customs management.
• Act as the main point of contact during the event to resolve operational issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Among other duties inherent to the position.

Degree in Transport and Logistics, International Trade, or similar.
Intermediate to advanced level of English (B2).
Availability to travel.
Previous experience of 3-5 years as a Logistics Project Manager, preferably in Fairs and Events teams.
Organized, analytical, and resourceful profile with communication skills. Orientation toward continuous improvement, ability to prioritize tasks, and a proactive attitude.

En DSV Contract Logistics queremos incorporar a un/a Coordinador de Proyectos Logísticos (Ferias y Eventos). Su misión principal será gestionar y coordinar de forma integral la logística de ferias y eventos, asegurando la correcta operativa antes, durante y después del evento, el cumplimiento de plazos y la satisfacción del cliente.

Entre otras tareas, las principales serán:

• Gestionar de forma integral las operaciones de transporte y logísticas de ferias y eventos, desde la planificación previa hasta el cierre del evento.
• Coordinar y supervisar transporte, asegurando el correcto desarrollo de todos los servicios logísticos.
• Seguimiento de todos los envíos y gestión operativa, asegurando el correcto desarrollo de las actividades logísticas.
• Gestión y seguimiento de los envíos aéreos, terrestres y/o marítimos (inbound/outbound), incluyendo gestión de aduanas.
• Actuar como punto de contacto principal durante el evento para resolver incidencias operativas y garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.
• Entre otras funciones propias del puesto.

Titulación en Transporte y Logística, Comercio Internacional o similar.
Nivel medio-alto de Inglés (B2).
Disponibilidad para viajar.
Aportar experiencia previa de 3-5 años como Gestor de Proyectos Logísticos preferiblemente en equipos de Ferias y Eventos.
