Maritime Operations Technician - Healthcare & Chemicals

What are we looking for?

We are looking for dynamic, proactive people with a strong sense of responsibility, who enjoy teamwork and wish to grow professionally in the operational area as a maritime operations technician within the healthcare & chemicals sector. 

Your responsibilities will include

• Manage and coordinate maritime operations for shipments.
• Receive and manage dispatch and delivery instructions.
• Open and close files/shipments.
• Handle inquiries and provide support to clients.
• Process and review operational documentation.
• Coordinate loads and track shipments.
• Oversee cost control and invoicing.

Minimum requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a freight forwarding company.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing maritime traffic.
• Experience with IMO cargo is a plus.
• Experience in the Healthcare sector is a plus.
• English level B2 or higher (higher levels will be valued).
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

¿Qué buscamos?

Entre tus responsabilidades

• Gestionar y coordinar las operaciones marítimas de los envíos.
• Recibir y gestionar instrucciones para despacho y entrega.
• Realizar la apertura y cierre de expedientes/envíos.
• Atender consultas y dar soporte a clientes.
• Tramitar y revisar la documentación operativa.
• Coordinar las cargas y el seguimiento de los envíos.
• Supervisar el control de costes y facturación.

Requisitos mínimos

• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en empresa transitaria.
• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en la gestión de tráficos marítimos.
• Valorable experiencia con mercancías IMO.
• Valorable experiencia dentro del sector Healthcare.
• Inglés Nivel B2 o superior (se valorará superior).
• Buen manejo del paquete office.
