About the role
Primary purpose of the position:
- Execute small projects related to plant asset lifecycle management.
- Participate in the management processes of large plant investment projects (economic control and planning, governance process management and KPIs, as well as management of small subprojects).
What you'll do
Key responsibilities - Small Projects:
- Support the management of Engineering area projects in the selection and installation of equipment for optimal reliability, availability, and maintainability.
- Execute small projects related to plant asset lifecycle management.
- Manage external resources: suppliers and external engineering firms.
- Present the functional scope of projects, necessary resources, budget, and execution timeline for approval by the internal client.
- Maintain good communication with internal clients before and during project execution.
- Prepare documentation associated with the investment request.
- Supervise and control the project budget.
- Review and approve invoices and the economic closure of the project.
Key responsibilities - Large Project Management Processes:
- Work with the project manager and external engineering firms on medium and long-term plans, including improvement plans.
- Actively track the project: changes, service level metrics, financial tracking, and planning follow-up.
- Coordinate and communicate day-to-day issues and follow up as required.
- Execute small subprojects related to the plant's non-GMP systems, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Education & certifications
Education requirements (studies):
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
A Master's degree in Mechanics, Electricity, Facilities, and similar fields will be valued.
