Packaging Area Production Operator

Responsibilities:

• Comply with the safety and hygiene regulations associated with your position.

• Package products following the instructions, steps, and guidelines indicated in the electronic packaging order and in-process controls.

• Ensure you are trained for all assigned tasks.

• Operate machinery according to approved procedures and with proper training.

• Clean and clear machinery according to approved procedures and with proper training.

• Ensure quality issues are communicated first to the team leader, and in their absence, to the area supervisor or quality unit.

• Ensure safety and hygiene issues are communicated first to the team leader/facilitator, and in their absence, to the safety and hygiene department.

• Comply with the dress code and hygiene regulations associated with your position.

• Ensure the order and cleanliness of the work area during your shift. Work as a team with your colleagues.

• Ensure established actions regarding significant quality issues are carried out on the packaging lines.

• Actively participate in the work teams established to address process improvements on the packaging lines.

Required Education:

Advanced Vocational Training related to:

• Manufacture of Pharmaceutical, Biotechnological, and Related Products.

• Industrial Mechatronics.

• Industrial Automation and Robotics.

• Electronic Maintenance.

• Production Programming.

• Electrotechnical and Automated Systems.

• Availability to work fixed 8-hour shifts (morning, afternoon, or night) from Monday to Friday, or fixed 12-hour shifts (day shift from 07:00 to 19:00 or night shift from 19:00 to 07:00) from Monday to Sunday, with corresponding weekly rest days set by the calendar.

• For 12-hour shifts, an initial training period from Monday to Friday may be required.

• Cumplir las normas de vestimenta e higiene asociadas a su puesto de trabajo

• Asegurar el orden y limpieza del centro de trabajo en el que esté operando durante su turno Trabajar en equipo con sus compañeros.

• Asegurar que las acciones establecidas sobre los problemas de calidad significativos se llevan a cabo en las líneas de empaquetado.

• Participar activamente en los equipos de trabajo que se establezcan para abordar mejoras de procesos en las líneas de empaquetado.

Formación requerida:

Grado Superior Industrial relacionado con:

• Fabricación de Productos Farmacéuticos, Biotecnológicos y Afines.

• Mecatrónica Industrial.

• Automatización y Robótica Industrial.

• Mantenimiento Electrónico.

• Programación de la Producción.

• Sistemas Electrotécnicos y Automatizados.

• Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos fijos de 8 horas de mañana, tarde o noche de lunes a viernes o en turnos fijos de 12 horas (diurno de 07:00 a 19:00 o nocturno de 19:00 a 07:00) de lunes a domingo, con sus correspondientes descansos semanales fijados por calendario.

• En los turnos de 12 horas, inicialmente podrá existir un período para la formación de lunes a viernes.
