Packaging Production Operator

• Comply with safety and hygiene regulations associated with the position

• Packaging of products following the instructions, steps, and directions indicated in the electronic packaging order and in-process controls.

• Ensure that they are trained for all assigned tasks.

• Operate the machines in accordance with approved procedures and proper training.

• Clean and clear the machines in accordance with approved procedures and proper training.

• Ensure communication of quality issues to the team leader in the first instance, and in their absence, to the area supervisor or quality unit.

• Ensure communication of safety and hygiene issues to the team leader/facilitator in the first instance, and in their absence, to the safety and hygiene department.

• Comply with dress code and hygiene regulations associated with the position

• Ensure order and cleanliness of the work area during the shift. Work as a team with colleagues.

• Ensure that established actions regarding significant quality issues are carried out on the packaging lines.

• Actively participate in work teams established to address process improvements on the packaging lines.

• Availability to work fixed 8-hour shifts (morning, afternoon, or night) from Monday to Friday, or fixed 12-hour shifts (day shift from 07:00 to 19:00 or night shift from 19:00 to 07:00) from Monday to Sunday, with corresponding weekly rest days set by the schedule.

• For 12-hour shifts, there may initially be a training period from Monday to Friday.

Required Education:

Higher-level vocational training (Advanced Degree) related to:

• Manufacturing of Pharmaceutical, Biotechnological, and Related Products.

• Industrial Mechatronics.

• Industrial Automation and Robotics.

• Electronic Maintenance.

• Production Programming.

• Electrotechnical and Automated Systems.

• Teamwork.

• Responsibility.

• Orientation towards quality, safety, and the environment.
