Electromechanical Technician

• Preventive and corrective maintenance of the company's facilities.
• Carrying out repairs of machine breakdowns at both electrical and mechanical levels.
• Carrying out modifications or improvements indicated by the maintenance supervisor.
• Keeping a record of all tasks performed.
• Informing the shift supervisor or the maintenance manager of any anomalies in the facilities.
• Keeping the workplace in proper condition.
• Helping with basic cleaning tasks when necessary.
• Helping with the training of less experienced operators.
• Complying with Quality, Hygiene, and Environmental regulations (waste management, raw material and energy consumption, etc.) and Occupational Risk Prevention (good manufacturing practices, use of PPE, etc.).
• Comply with internal regulations.
• Among other tasks specific to the job position.

Vocational Training (GM or GS) in Industrial Electromechanics.

Fluent in Catalan and Spanish, both spoken and written.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar tasks.
• Driver's license
• Residence near the workplace is valued.
• Valuable: Pneumatics and Hydraulics course.
• Forklift license.
• Valuable: Knowledge of specific programs for electrical installations.

• Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de las instalaciones de la empresa.
• Realizar la reparación de las averías de las máquinas a nivel eléctrico y mecánico.
• Realizar las modificaciones o mejoras indicadas por el encargado de mantenimiento.
• Mantener un registro de todas las tareas realizadas.
• Informar al encargado de turno o al jefe de mantenimiento de cualquier anomalía de las instalaciones.
• Mantener en correcto estado el lugar de trabajo.
• Ayudar en las tareas básicas de limpieza en caso necesario.
• Ayudar en la formación de los operarios con menor experiencia.
• Cumplir las normativas de Calidad, Higiene, Medio Ambiente (gestión de residuos, consumos de materias primeras y energías…) y Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (buenas prácticas de fabricación, uso de EPI’s…).
• Cumplir la normativa interna.
• Entre otras tareas propias del puesto de trabajo.

GM o GS en Electromecánica Industrial.

Catalán y castellano hablado y escrito correctamente.

• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en tareas similares
• Carné de conducir
• Valorable residencia cercana al puesto de trabajo.
• Valorable Curso Neumática e Hidráulica.
• Carné de carretillero.
• Valorable Conocimiento de programas específicos para instalaciones electrónicas.
