A company in the metal sector is looking for a Production Supervisor to work in Manresa and carry out the following tasks:

- Organize and distribute shift work.
- Ensure that operators have the necessary materials, tools, and information.
- Oversee work quality, as well as order and efficiency in the workshop.
- Identify and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate with the technical office, planning, and purchasing departments.
- Participate directly in production tasks when necessary, especially regarding prototyping, adjustments, and repairs.
- Train new staff on processes, methodology, and work habits.
- Facilitate the integration of new operators into the team.
- And other duties inherent to the position.

Empresa del sector metal busca un/a Encargado/a de Producción para trabajar en Manresa y realizar las siguientes tareas:

- Organizar y distribuir los trabajos del turno.
- Asegurar que los operarios dispongan de los materiales, herramientas e información necesaria.
- Velar por la calidad del trabajo y el orden y la eficiencia del taller.
- Detectar y resolver incidencias operativas.
- Coordinarse con oficina técnica, planificación y compras.
- Participar directamente en trabajos productivos cuando sea necesario, especialmente por la realización de prototipos, ajustes y reparaciones.
- Formar al personal nuevo en procesos, metodología y hábitos de trabajo.
- Facilitar la integración de los nuevos operarios en el equipo.
- Entre otras tareas propias del puesto de trabajo.
