Our client operates in the wellness, health, and technology sector. We are looking for a Customer Service and Cross-Selling Manager to join the team in the Valencia area. The duties they will carry out are:

• In-person customer service, ensuring excellent interaction.
• Identifying opportunities of interest, cross-selling, and CRM logging.
• Product presentation through individual and group demonstrations.
• Maintaining the company's image.
• Among other tasks related to the position.

• High school diploma

Fluent in spoken and written Spanish.

Spanish - High level

• 2 years of experience in similar roles.
• We are looking for a responsible, committed person oriented toward excellence in customer service.
• Residence near the workplace is valued.

Nuestro cliente se dedica al sector del bienestar, salud y tecnología. Buscamos un/a Responsable de atención al cliente y venta cruzada para incorporar en la zona de Valencia. Las funciones que tendrá que desarrollar son:

• Atención al cliente presencial garantizando excelente interacción.
• Detección de oportunidades de interés, venta cruzada y registro de CRM.
• Exposición de producto con presentaciones individuales y grupales.
• Mantenimiento de imagen de empresa.
• Entre otras tareas afines al puesto de trabajo.

Castellano hablado y escrito correctamente.

Castellano - Alto

• Experiencia de 2 años realizando funciones afines.
• Buscamos a una persona responsable, comprometida y orientada a la excelencia en la ATC.
• Valorable residencia cercana al puesto de trabajo.
