Job Description

Would you like to join an international leader in storage and transport solutions for liquid bulk, gases, and new energy carriers?

If the answer is yes, keep reading because this will interest you!

At Exolum, we work to ensure that energy and essential products reach where they need to go safely, sustainably, and efficiently. We manage a wide variety of liquid bulk and gases—including refined products, chemicals, and biofuels—and develop projects linked to new energies and the energy transition, actively contributing to the progress of society.

Today, we are more than 2,300 professionals operating in 10 countries, connecting infrastructures that drive key sectors. Our network includes more than 6,000 km of pipelines, 66 storage terminals, 48 airport facilities, and a capacity exceeding 11 million cubic meters. All of this is backed by a culture that bets on innovation, excellence, and, above all, people.

We are looking for a student in Compliance, Law, or a related field.

Main responsibilities:

· Support in internal investigations: Participate in gathering and analyzing information, preliminary interviews, drafting reports, and following up on corrective measures.

· Management of the Code of Conduct mailbox: Assist in receiving, classifying, and processing communications received through the whistleblowing channel.

· Compliance monitoring: Support in reviewing internal policies, integrity controls, and compliance with internal and external regulations.

· Training and awareness: Collaborate in designing and disseminating training and awareness campaigns on ethics and compliance.

· Risk analysis: Participate in identifying and assessing compliance risks across different business areas.

· Document and administrative support: Maintain databases, archive documentation, and provide support in administrative tasks for the area.

This is a paid scholarship, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
