H10 Hotels is looking to hire a Head Chef to work at our hotel H10 Villa de la Reina, in Madrid

The duties to be carried out will be:

• Qualified performance of planning, organization, and control functions for all tasks inherent to the kitchen department.
• Organize, direct, and coordinate the work of the staff under their supervision.
• Direct and plan the full range of activities in their area.
• Carry out inventories and controls of materials, goods, etc., used in the department under their responsibility.
• Design dishes and take part in their preparation.
• Make proposals for orders of goods and raw materials and manage their preservation, storage, and yield.
• Supervise and control the maintenance and use of machinery, materials, tools, etc.
• Collaborate in the training of their team.

H10 Hotels precisa incorporar a un/a Jefe de Cocina para trabajar en nuestro hotel H10 Villa de la Reina, en Madrid

Las funciones que llevarán a cabo serán:

* Realizar de manera cualificada funciones de planificación, organización y control de todas las tareas propias del departamento de cocina.
* Organizar, dirigir y coordinar el trabajo del personal a su cargo.
* Dirigir y planificar el conjunto de actividades de su área.
* Realizar inventarios y controles de materiales, mercancías, etc., de uso en el departamento de su responsabilidad.
* Diseñar platos y participar en su elaboración.
* Realizar propuestas de pedidos de mercancías y materias primas y gestionar su conservación, almacenamiento y rendimiento.
* Supervisar y controlar el mantenimiento y uso de maquinaria, materiales, utillaje, etc.
* Colaborar con la formación de su equipo.
